Qualifications:

• Five plus years of dynamically responsible experience in Water Treatment Operations management
• Class V Water Plant Operator license in Kansas, or ability to receive through reciprocity
• Possess exemplary leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions.
• Detail-oriented work style and strong organizational skills.
• Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience.
• Pays attention to detail. Identifies & solves complex issues.
• A Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
