As the Project Director for ESG Operations, Inc.'s Forsyth County team,
you would be based in Suwannee, Georgia, where you would lead a multi-disciplinary team of over 50 professionals providing Wastewater Treatment and Water Treatment Operations and Maintenance at multiple plant sites with a variety of innovative technologies.
We are looking for you to bring your expertise in operational process control procedures and maintenance to serve as the point of contact for our client and the local community. You would be responsible for working with our corporate resources team, engineering team, and project team to successfully achieve operations and compliance goals. You would inspect facilities, evaluate O&M functions, review records and data, interview and select new personnel, and initiate and recommend new or improved methods or practices. You would also manage construction processes and ensure the continuation of operations during plant upgrades and new plant construction. We will ask you to maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports required by our client and all regulatory agencies.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science; a Professional Engineer license is preferred.
- Ten years of dynamically responsible experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Operations management, including managing membrane bio-reactor (MBR) facilities.
- Highest level Water and/or Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator certification
- Possess exemplary leadership, communications, and team-building skills.
- Confirmed experience in making sound financial, technical, and management decisions.
- Detail-oriented work style and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
